- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although I have never seen the Dr- I have seen the NPs- the front office staff is horrible. For over a month now I have had an outstanding bill due to them not filing with my insurance- even though they have my insurance on file and I paid my copay at the time of my appointment. I have left several messages never to get a call back. I have gotten a hold of someone there twice to which I am told they will look into it and call me back- but again, they never do.
